CAT AND MOUSE - Switchboard residency exhibition

CAT AND MOUSE - Switchboard residency exhibition

Date: 29th Feb 2016 - 11th Mar 2016
Time: 10am-9pm
Venue: MTU CCAD Sharman Crawford St Campus

'Cat & Mouse' is a collaborative residency exhibit by artists Cillian Moynihan and Killian O' Dwyer as part of Switchboard. The exhibition navigates and contrasts the combined work of both Moynihan and O' Dwyer in relation to ideas of psycho-geographies, appropriation, interpersonal language and (Non)Otherness.
Working in a dual-constructed installation environment, both Moynihan and O' Dwyer interplay their separate interests in wall painting, screen printing, video, wood, inflatables, oil on board and mouldmaking to negotiate the unities and disparities in this eclectic exhibit; as evidence of their visual taste.

This exhibition will take place on the ground floor of Crawford College of Art & Design from the 29th of February to the 11th of March.

There is no official opening for this residency exhibit.

Switchboard is a visual partnership between both Moynihan and O' Dwyer that was established at the beginning of 2015. Both artists exhibit, create and participate in projects both individually and collectively under a shared identity.
