MORE INFO ON MARKET STALLS

Green Saffron Spices

“We specialise in the finest Indian spices. Our family boots on ground in India ethically source all of our new season, single estate, highest quality spices from some of the best farms in India. The spices are then ground and blended back in Midleton to age-old family recipes. We attend a few Farmers Markets during the week and numerous festivals during the year.

You’ll find freshly ground spice sachets, beautiful cook-in sauces and authentic Indian hot food at our stall. All meat we use is Irish, certified free-range and we also carry a selection of vegan dishes. Our products are all gluten free and 100% natural, with no additives of any kind. We use only compostable packaging, cutlery and accoutrements.”

Olives West Cork

Olives West Cork has been supplying a wide range of local artisan products and Mediterranean fare to our farmers market customers for well over 15 years. We also stock some of the finest restaurants and delis throughout Cork and beyond. Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Oak-smoked Sun-Dried Tomatoes, locally cured meats, freshly marinated olives, a range of hummus and pestos (made in-house) and a wide range of ingredients to satisfy your wildest foodie dreams.

My Goodness  - Vegan Café – Food that makes you feel good!
My Goodness is a Cork city based Vegan food company. We specialise in creating food that is free of dairy, gluten and refined sugar while also still managing to be delicious! We have 5 years experience providing tasty healthy food to Cork City farmers markets and festivals all around the country, and at our café in the English Market. At CIT we will serve three different dishes all of which are vegan, gluten free and probiotic, along with kombucha and kefir on tap, sauerkrauts, and our selection of treats! Everything we serve is handmade from scratch by us at our city centre kitchen, and all of the packaging we use is 100% compostable.

As for the dishes themselves, our Nachos (recently voted in the top 8 vegan dishes in Cork by the Irish Examiner) consist of tempeh blackbean chipotle chilli, turmeric rice, vegan nacho cheese, salsa roja, vegan sour cream, kimchi pico de gallo, corn chips and garnished with ferments, jalapenos and salad.

Our Raw Mezze which is a mixture of pates, raw ferments, sprouted organic mung beans and lentils,  local salad leaves and homemade kraut crackers topped with our own probiotic viniagrette.

And our Raw Wrap which consists of a raw apple, carrot & flax seed wrap stuffed full with our pates, raw fermented salads and organic sprouts.

We will also have our selection of delicious treats available, including our raw vegan carrot cake, apple crumble, peanut butter power bars and raw truffles.

Finally we will have our own probiotic kombucha and water kefir on tap in several different flavours - available in a compostable glass or in a take-home bottle – and our range of Sauerkrauts for sale in jars for people to enjoy at home.
