Introduction to T'ai Chi

Introduction to T'ai Chi

Date: 27th Feb 2019 - 20th Mar 2019
Time: 7:30-8:15 am
Venue: James Barry Exhibition Centre

Tai Chi movement is designed to relax the body and to calm the mind.

The simple soft exercises work deeply into the muscles allowing us to recognize where we are holding tension and this awareness allows us to dissolve the tightness and relax. Being more relaxed, we have more clarity and focus which enhances our work and our leisure.

In the classes I will teach a simple routine to practice for a few minutes each day which will develop your awareness and enhance your life. I look forward to meeting you and sharing this wonderful Art with you.
