The Skellig Quartet was formed in 2017 for the West Cork Chamber Music Festival. Brendan, now beginning the Masters in Music Performance at CIT Cork School of Music with Gregory Ellis, is a graduate of the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester, where he studied with Leland Chen.

David completed his BMus at CIT Cork School of Music, pursuing an Erasmus year in Lille, France and is continuing his studies with Ruxandra Petcu-Colan also on the Masters programme in CSM.

Anthony has been a member of the European Union Youth Orchestra and has recently completed a Masters Degree at CIT Cork School of Music with Simon Aspell.

Cormac Ó Briain studied with Christopher Marwood at CIT Cork School of Music and will be continuing his studies with Prof. Jelena Očic at Amsterdam University of the Arts.
