CIT Arts Office launches Semester 1 programme

12 September, 2014

CIT Arts Office is proud to announce a busy programme of events for Semester 1 at CIT, including exhibitions in the James Barry Exhibition Centre, gigs in the Rory Gallagher Theatre, and special events in the NEXUS Hall.

The first exhibition is "RE-STRUCTURE", bringing the work of five Fine Art graduates of CIT Crawford College of Art & Design together in the James Barry Exhibition Centre. Their practices share an interest in examining and dismantling the foundations of systems, ideas, and identities. Open fully from Monday 15 September, there will be a launch Reception on Thursday 18th September from 7pm and all are welcome to call in. The exhibition is also open late as part of Cork Culture Night on Friday 19th September (12-9pm) as part of CIT's involvement in this celebration.

In the Rory Gallagher Theatre, RAGLANS play on Wednesday 17th at 1pm - as the launch event for the Good Start programme. Tickets are only available by competition through the "Just Ask" desks on the campusses.

Full details as always wil be available on, with updates on Facebook  /CITArtsOffice

We look forward to welcoming you to these and other events during the year!
