Facility Dedications

Sean O'Riada. Sean O'Riordain. Rory Gallagher. Frank O'Connor. Seamus Murphy. Daniel Maclise. James Barry. George Berkeley.

In 2009, a number of facilities in CIT, including lecture theatres, an exhibtion centre, and a performance theatre, were officially dedicated in honour of these people. Musicians, poets, painters, sculptors, philosopher, writers. All made significant contributions to the development of the arts and culture in Ireland and abroad, and all have particular connections to Cork.

Follow the links on the left of this page to read more about each of them.
